We provide full TurnKey server solutions. This means when you purchase a server with Visual Shop, it comes fully configured ready for plug and play access.
We also provide full hardware sales and support for PC's, laptops, routers, printers, scanners, barcoding accessories, RFID hardware, and much more.
Remote Monitoring Solutions
Our System Watch service keeps tabs on your network long after you have left the office. It allows CSI or your IT staff to know about issues and potential problems before they begin. System Watch gives us the ability to see when SQL errors are occuring, Disk Queues are backing up, memory is low, or when general networking issues are occuring. This give us the abilty to troubleshoot issues faster and fix them easier, leading to less down time and higher productivity.
Remote SQL Backups
We currently backup and store more then 1 TB of data through our offsite backup service. Much of this is the data our customers enter in Visual Shop. We take nightly snapshops of your data giving you days worth of backups should you ever need them. For as little as $25.00 /m you can rest assured your data is being backed up and protected offsite.
Visual Net
Visual Net is a hosted application giving your customers the ability to view Visual Shop information online and creating
an easy to use portal that allows them to retrieve order, account, and shipping information on thier own. This not only improves customer service, but it free's up your staff's time for other work. CSI provides the hardware and dedicated MLPPS circuits that connect Visual Net to your Visual Shop applications.
